Frequently Asked Questions
How much does it cost?
It’s hard to say without talking to you first to find out more.
This is the ‘how long is a piece of string’ type question, but suffice to say that we have a tier system that suits all budgets from Sports massage through to consultant physiotherapist level.
When can I book an appointment?
We are open 8-6 weekdays. Reception lines are manned from 08:30-5:30 weekdays and there is a contact form on the website which is a great way of getting in touch with suggested times you would like to attend – the response is fast and efficient.
Can you come to me at home/work?
We operate a busy clinic and the so costs of a call out have to include travel time as if we were in clinic. This usually makes it unaffordable and so this is a very seldom form of treatment from our clinic.
What if I can’t make it to an appointment?
Provided we get 24hrs notice then it’s fine. After that we charge for the appointment as is the norm in these situations.
Can I book an appointment online?
The best way is to get in touch via the contact us form, we are very responsive to these messages and can try our best to fit your appointment in at a suitable time, but please give us a few options to work towards.
How do I pay?
Self pay patients can pay on card in clinic, we accept all major credit and debit cards, sadly we do not accept American Express at this time.
If you have a medical insurance policy with BUPA, AXA, CIGNA, VITALITY, etc (we are covered by all policies) then you will just need your policy number and authorisation code BEFORE our first appointment otherwise you will be charged. Most polices have an excess of about £100 which needs to be paid direct to us once the insurer writes to both you and the clinic. This can be a few weeks after we have finished treatment due to the billing cycles, but it is possible to pay this over the phone using a card.
